BSJP STAND AT MIDPEX’2017

MIDPEX THE BIENNIAL SHOW FOR SPECIALIST SOCIETIES HELD AT ‘THE WARWICKSHIRE EXHIBITION CENTRE, CV31 1XN

THE ABOVE PHOTOGRAPH SHOWS MEMBERS OF THE BSJP; From Switzerland Mr. Gen Fujise, from Stoke-on-Trent Mr. Peter Kent, and Committee Members Mr. Jan Simons and Alan Cowie who manned the BSJP stand. Member Mr. Sandy Sandford from the Bristol area  also visited our Society stand as well as Ken Clark who had a dealer stand near-by. A total of 70+ Dealers and some 38 Societies were present along with ‘Stamp Active’ for younger collectors and ‘Royal Mail’ with their Post & Go automats and posting boxes. Whilst no new members or great finds were reported everyone seemed to find something of interest and generally a good day was had by all. That evening Jan & Alan rounded off the day with dinner in Leamington Spa together with member Gen Fujise and his partner Meiko celebrating their 10 years together.
